After injuring the left side of my neck and the trapezius muscle my health care provider suggested that chiropractic care might be the most beneficial treatment for my situation. I also suffered from chronic headaches (sometime 3-4 times a week) since I was a teenager. The headaches were a constant throbbing pain that left me feeling miserable and barely able to function at work.

Once I started receiving chiropractic adjustments a few times the neck discomfort started to get better and it was easier to move my neck again. Over continued adjustments I started to have fewer headaches as well. When I moved to Rochester 6 years ago I was a little concerned about changing chiropractors after so many years, but once I met Dr Krause I knew I would be in good hands.

Dr. Krause and the office staff are Wonderful! They are so friendly and they make you feel at ease. Everyone greets you with a smile as soon as you step in the door. Dr. Krause has done wonders for my neck discomfort and headaches! Dr. Krause has helped regain better range of movement in my neck and with the continued care my headaches are almost non existence. I have been a patient of Dr. Krause's for six years already and I highly recommend his services to anyone.

My back pain was why I started with chiropractic care. I had shots and pills before and didn't want them anymore. I couldn't ride in the car even a little ways let alone on a trip to see my grandkids. I gave up gardening because I couldn't bend.

The whole office is so friendly you make friends instantly. My overall health has changed because not only is my back great, I can ride 3 hours without stopping. I'm so happy because I don't hurt. I think my whole attitude is better. Thank you!

My previous positive chiropractic experience caused me to seek care at this office. I sought chiropractic care to keep the mobility of my spine at its utmost and to minimize pressure on my discs and nerves. I currently have a herniated L5 disc in my back and receive care through Dr. Parks and the wellness plan to maintain mobility in my spine and decrease nerve pressure.

I participate in many physical activities like biking, skiing and running marathons. My herniated disc causes varying degrees of numbness in my toes. With an active lifestyle that I have this combination was not good. Some days I would have no pain and other days the feel of socks would drive me crazy. I honestly believe that without chiropractic care I would not be able to do the physical activities that I do. I have had fantastic results combining decompression therapy with regular adjustments.

I believe that I have alleviated serious health issues and I am able to maintain a very active lifestyle through regular chiropractic care. I am still able to participate in all and any activities of my choosing.

For myself I was looking for a general check-up having never sought chiropractic care before. For my son Zachary, my wife and I sought another opinion on what was causing my son's RSV and how to resolve it without a referral to a pediatric pulmonary specialist by his MD whom we worship, but he was at his wits' end attempting to figure out the cause of his symptoms over the last year and a half.

Zachary was using two inhalers multiple times per day without the symptoms ever disappearing. Also, though it was usually a game to get him to use the inhalers, it turned into a huge burden as he is 2 ½ years old.

Other than the occasional cold, Zachary's need for both his inhalers has completely disappeared in just a few appointments. He's happy, healthy and even more energetic!

I'm amazed at the benefits of chiropractic care and how it strives to prevent illness rather than cure or fix the illness after it has occurred. Dr. Krause and Dr. Parks are so down to earth and are really good at explaining things. Each has his own technique and my son and I greatly admire the amazing work each does.

I sought chiropractic care because of back and neck pain from an auto accident. I had difficulty walking, sitting and bending. I was in constant pain.

Dr Krause was very helpful and considerate in treating my pain. The results were better than I expected. I can do things now that I couldn't before, like softball, golf and other sports. I feel much better and I am more active.

For many years I have been suffering from lower back pain, in part caused by scoliosis and years of abuse. Those problems triggered back pains as my body tried to compensate for the misalignment.

From my mid 30's I have always had low back pain on a scale of about 4 (1-10) with times of much worse. Neck pains also triggered headaches which were also common.

Chiropractic care has helped with my daily life by training my body on the correct alignment of my spine. Although not a cure for my scoliosis it "keeps me walking" as I like to say. Overall my health is better, which carries over to other aspects of my life: attitude, outlook and emotional health.

Both Richard and I were suffering with sore feet (plantar fasciitis), it was interfering with our life style and performing our daily work. Our feet were in pain when we walked, in both our careers we needed to be on our feet. We went out less, no walking. It became part of our daily conversation, how we were going to live with it? We tried to manage the pain with cushions, but it became very expensive and we were non-productive.

Brenda and Richard had great results and chiropractic helped with the problems affecting our lives! We feel much better and feel like our age instead of 8 years older. Richard being a 1st time patient to chiropractic didn't think he'd ever feel this good again. We don't have to live with the pain!

Our overall health has changed from just ok to very good and with more mobility. We are able to get out and walk and enjoy life! Chiropractic is something to continue throughout our lives. Our results get better with each adjustment. We are happier, live pain free lives and without drugs.

I was first referred to Dr. Krause and Chiropractic First after experiencing severe lower back pain. The pain was ongoing and had gotten to a point where I was unable to stand or sit without great pain.

I work construction where I do a lot of bending and lifting as well as a great deal of traveling. The pain made it impossible to work, ride in a vehicle, or do other activities I enjoy, including golf.

I was sent to get an MRI where I discovered that I had two herniated discs in my lower back. My first thought was that I would have to have surgery. Major concerns were the cost of surgery and the fact that I would likely have to miss a great deal of work then I was told about trying disc decompression. I was unsure, but decided to give it a try.

After two weeks of adjustments and decompression treatments I was able to go back to work. It has now been six weeks since I first walked into Chiropractic 1st and I'm pain free. I am very grateful to Dr. Krause and the rest of the staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
