Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before.

Disc Distraction

Auto Accident Care
Did you know that most auto injuries occur when vehicle speeds are below 12 mph? Did you know that most symptoms of accident related injuries don't appear until 3 -6 months after the accident? In some cases, the spinal damage from a car accident won't show-up for years, even decades. Delaying treatment can make full correction very difficult. Our office specializes in the care of auto accident related injuries. Even stiffness and soreness after an accident needs to be evaluated.

Sports Injury/Extremity Care
Our patient athletes receive the same chiropractic care that professional athletes, like PGA golfer Tiger Woods and Chicago Cubs pitcher Mark Prior, utilize to prevent injuries, speed healing, and increase performance. Dr. Krause has a specialized interests in the care of athletes.

Physiotherapy
Occasionally, additional procedures are necessary to enhance the corrective process. When necessary, our office provides electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound therapy and several other procedures that help to decrease pain, reduce soft tissue adhesions, speed healing time, and promote proper health and function.

School Physicals
Student athletes are required to have school physicals at least once a year in order to participate in athletic competition. The health of our young athletes is important to us, and these physicals are not taken lightly. Each student athlete undergoes careful examination of their nervous system, eyes and ears, skin, heart, lungs, abdomin, and musculoskeletal system. Diagnostic Imaging
Our on-site radiology department is equipped with the latest technology. A high-frequency, x-ray machine produces a cleaner x-ray and reduces exposure to the patient. Accomplishing these x-rays at our office reduces wait time, and allows for better care of acute and traumatic injuries. When necessary, advanced imaging is accomplished with nearby diagnostic centers. These studies may include: MRI, CT scan, Ultrasound, and many more.

Corrective Exercises
We teach our patients special spinal stabilization exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. Most exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%.

Lifestyle Advice
We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most.

Nutritional Counseling
We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patients' return to optimal health.
