Extreme Makeover Challenge

Chiropractic First Wellness Center is hosting the Maximized Living Program, an innovative new presentation and video series based on the New York Times bestselling book Body by God by former Olympic Team physician Dr. Ben Lerner, to show people how to enjoy incredible health and outrageous happiness.

This five-week series will help people get one-percent better each day in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and time management. Through these simple, easy-to-implement techniques, participants will find themselves at least 40% better at the end of 40 days.

Foundational to this series is the simple idea that people were designed by God to enjoy incredible health and outrageous happiness. And when we operate the way that God intended, health and happiness are the inevitable result.

There are four keys to maximized living: nutrition, exercise, stress management, and time management, and Dr. Ben gives participants simple keys to all four areas.

Using the same techniques and strategies for success employed by Olympic athletes, Dr. Ben shows people how taking simple steps-he calls it "getting one-percent better each day"-it can result in dramatic improvements in as little as 40 days.

This one hour weekly series will begin again on Monday, April 14th at 6:30pm at Pax Christi Catholic Church, 4135 18th Ave NW.
